About Fusion CPA
Fusion CPA is an award-winning outsourced accounting, tax planning, and growth advisory firm that supports founder-led and family-owned businesses throughout the United States. The firm operates with a strong technology-first and data-driven approach, maintaining a clear focus on helping clients stabilise operations, optimise performance, and scale sustainably.
At Fusion CPA, marketing goes beyond brand visibility. It is viewed as a long-term, compounding growth engine designed to build authority, trust, and measurable revenue impact.
To support this vision, Fusion CPA is seeking a Growth & Digital Strategy Manager to design, scale, and take full ownership of this growth engine.
Job Overview
The mission of this role is to design, manage, and scale Fusion CPA’s end-to-end growth system.
The successful candidate will integrate content, SEO, paid media, data, and AI to build a predictable and measurable engine that drives increased brand authority, a higher-quality sales pipeline, greater revenue per client, and long-term enterprise value.
This is not a hands-on execution role. It is a position focused on systems thinking, strategic leadership, and leverage.
Core Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Impact
- Own and direct Fusion CPA’s end-to-end growth strategy.
- Translate firm-level objectives into measurable, revenue-linked marketing outcomes.
- Define, monitor, and optimise North Star metrics.
- Create clear insight into what is driving results and why.
Team Leadership & Leverage
- Lead and coordinate SEO, content, and paid media resources.
- Increase output and quality without unnecessary expansion of headcount.
- Mentor teams to operate through structured experimentation rather than task execution.
Data, Analytics & Experimentation
- Design and maintain dashboards directly connected to pipeline and revenue performance.
- Run continuous testing and optimisation initiatives.
- Make decisive calls to discontinue underperforming efforts.
Paid Media & Funnel Optimisation
- Own paid acquisition strategy and overall performance.
- Optimise funnels, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
- Maintain a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROI across channels.
AI-Driven Scale & Innovation
- Leverage AI to accelerate execution, improve insight, and increase strategic leverage.
- Develop and document internal AI playbooks.
Brand Authority & Positioning
- Strengthen thought leadership, credibility, and trust.
- Balance long-term brand building with direct revenue impact.
What Success Looks Like
- Clear and transparent visibility into growth performance.
- A stronger, more consistent contribution to the sales pipeline.
- A high-performing, results-driven marketing engine with clear accountability.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a growth operator rather than a task manager. They think in systems, focus on measurable outcomes, and take full ownership and accountability for results.
Skills & Requirements
- Senior-level experience in growth, digital marketing, or related leadership roles.
- High proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Proven, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (essential).
- Strong background in paid media and content-led growth strategies.

- Working knowledge and experience with WordPress.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are advantageous.
Education

Experience
- A minimum of three years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot (required).
- At least five years’ experience driving growth through paid media and content-led strategies (required).
- Seven or more years in senior growth or digital marketing leadership roles (required).
- Seven or more years demonstrating strong proficiency in data analysis and performance analytics (required).
This Role Is Not a Fit For Candidates Who
- Are uncomfortable working with metrics and performance data.
- Prefer task execution over full ownership and accountability.
- Rely on constant guidance rather than operating independently.
Key Information
- Candidates who do not receive feedback within two weeks should assume their application has not been successful.
