The successful candidate will operate within mature, well-documented paid-media frameworks supported by AI-enhanced workflows. Individuals who excel in organised environments, value streamlined processes, and are motivated to enhance a high-performing system will thrive in this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimise campaigns using established frameworks in Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor.
  • Conduct weekly optimisation cycles, including negative keyword management, search term analysis, bid adjustments, budget updates, and ad asset improvements.
  • Verify tracking accuracy through WhatConverts and maintain thorough documentation in ClickUp.
  • Produce Looker Studio reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Manage Local Services Ads, including budget pacing, category reviews, and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Client Success teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and campaign objectives.
  • Use automation tools—such as rules, scripts, and GPTs—to increase operational efficiency within existing SOPs.

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience managing Google Ads for lead-generation campaigns (non-ecommerce).
  • Demonstrated capability to oversee between 20 and 50 accounts or manage complex campaign portfolios.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, ClickUp, and Slack.
  • Excellent written English skills for clear documentation and internal communication.
  • A systems-oriented approach, adhering to SOPs with accuracy before implementing new ideas.
  • A data-driven mindset, using metrics and evidence to guide strategic decisions.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience optimising and managing Local Services Ads, including verification processes.
  • Familiarity with Unbounce or similar landing-page builders with a focus on conversion rate optimisation.
  • Knowledge of tracking setups using WhatConverts or CallRail.
  • Experience utilising GPT prompts, scripts, or rule-based automations to enhance efficiency.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote position
  • Salary range: $2,000–$4,000 USD per month (experience-dependent)
  • Required daily schedule includes a four-hour overlap with the U.S. team
