Role Purpose
Rank Group is seeking an Experience Designer (UX) to help shape customer journeys across its sports products and omnichannel touchpoints. Working in close collaboration with Product Managers and engineers, the designer will ensure experiences are clear, engaging, accessible, and aligned with customer needs. The role is central to creating safe, enjoyable, and valuable interactions for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for sports-related digital and venue-based touchpoints.
- Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunity areas and define user-centred solutions.
- Develop user flows, prototypes, and artefacts that bring journeys and service concepts to life.
- Contribute to the organisation’s design systems, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Use customer insights, behavioural data, and analytics to guide and refine design solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience designing for digital products or services, with consideration for full customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and systems thinking.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and effective service flows.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience embedding them into design work.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to influence product decisions through design.
