Job Overview
The role seeks an English Teacher to support the development and training of AI models. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the performance of AI chatbots, evaluating their reasoning, and resolving issues to enhance overall model quality.
This position requires advanced expertise in writing, editing, and content development. Relevant backgrounds may also include Communications, Journalism, or similar fields.
Core Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess the quality of their responses.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and overall performance.
Skills & Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional grasp of grammar, writing style, and consistent brand voice.
- A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) is preferred, though not essential.
