Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic email marketing plans to drive revenue, retain subscribers, and grow the email community.
- Develop and execute segmentation and personalization strategies that enhance engagement and increase revenue.
- Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to produce compelling email content, manage the email calendar, and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Plan and implement marketing automation workflows that boost revenue and optimise the customer journey.
- Create, QA, and deploy emails within Klaviyo, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Partner with the digital marketing manager to develop strategies for email list growth and audience expansion.
- Maintain email list hygiene and overall list health.
- Monitor email performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
- Oversee technical integrations with the email service provider (ESP) to ensure seamless operations.
