They are seeking an Email Marketing Designer who will be responsible for developing engaging email campaigns, automated flows, and lifecycle marketing communications. The role involves close collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and retention specialists to produce thoughtful, user-centred, and performance-driven design solutions that effectively support the client’s marketing objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Design high-impact email campaigns and lifecycle marketing flows aimed at improving customer engagement and driving conversions.
- Collaborate with creative and retention teams to execute strategic campaign ideas and marketing initiatives.
- Create visual assets, including GIFs and animations, to enhance the overall user experience and engagement within email campaigns.
- Apply email design best practices, usability standards, and responsive design principles to ensure effective communication.
- Clearly present design concepts to relevant stakeholders and refine designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience in design, preferably within direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience in designing email campaigns, with a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and other modern creative platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach to work, supported by effective communication and the ability to clearly present design concepts.
