Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join the Special Projects team and contribute to the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. This role is suited to a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with strong English proficiency who performs well in a fast-paced digital environment. The position supports day-to-day digital marketing operations, including website updates, email campaign execution, analytics reporting, and technical troubleshooting. Working closely with internal teams, the specialist helps ensure campaigns run efficiently while maintaining and optimizing clients’ digital platforms for performance and effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with internal teams, supporting proofreading and content-related tasks as needed.
  • Manage and update websites using WordPress, including blog imports, plugin maintenance, and general site edits.
  • Support social media scheduling through third-party marketing and automation tools.
  • Assist in editing, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Utilize analytics tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Agency Analytics to monitor performance, identify technical issues, and support account setup.
  • Work closely with production teams to help troubleshoot tracking, automation, and website integration challenges.
  • Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency and marketing performance.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate daily with U.S.-based teams
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including blog management, blog imports, basic website edits, and plugin usage
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media scheduling tools and email automation systems
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Agency Analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across all projects
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and technologies as needed
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or marketing support roles
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Background in marketing, communications, or web development preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of WordPress experience (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience with blog imports and WordPress web edits (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Agency Analytics (required)
