Job Overview
The role focuses on managing digital acquisition strategies, attribution tracking, paid media initiatives, and performance optimization across multiple marketing channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth and improving campaign effectiveness through data-driven marketing efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement multi-touch marketing attribution tracking to accurately measure campaign performance across channels
- Manage call tracking integrations to support and monitor phone-driven sales conversions
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google and Meta
- Ensure all campaigns comply with co-op marketing guidelines and brand restrictions
- Oversee SEO, GEO, and AEO optimisation to improve online visibility and search performance
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations to enhance results
- Potentially oversee and manage email marketing campaigns to support overall marketing efforts
Skills & Requirements
- Experience with attribution modelling and understanding how to measure marketing performance across multiple touchpoints
- Strong expertise in paid media tracking and campaign performance measurement
- Knowledge of call tracking analytics and its role in evaluating phone-driven conversions
- Experience working with co-op marketing guidelines and ensuring campaign compliance
- Prior experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist would be highly advantageous
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance optimisation and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for marketing outcomes
