Job Overview

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing social media channels and various online platforms with accuracy and strategic focus. Beyond a general enthusiasm for social media, the role requires a deep understanding of digital communities and a keen awareness of emerging trends in the digital landscape. This position is ideal for individuals looking to collaborate with a team of Google and Meta-accredited professionals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proposal Development: Collaborates with the Account Manager and Account Executive to create well-structured proposals.
  • Project Management: Oversees the design, development, and content execution for all digital initiatives.
  • Website Coordination: Manages website updates, development, SEO, maintenance, and performance reporting.
  • Social Media Management: Updates social channels, develops strategies, and manages posting schedules.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitors and responds to social media interactions, ensures accurate information, and tracks page growth.
  • Campaign Implementation: Executes content plans across digital and offline channels to meet campaign objectives.
  • Email Marketing: Sets up, distributes, and reports on email campaigns and surveys.
  • Database Management: Maintains and updates client databases accurately.
  • Advertising Oversight: Manages digital advertising budgets and monitors campaign performance.
  • Continuous Learning: Keeps abreast of digital trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Client Briefs: Ensures client briefs and creative materials are developed and processed promptly.
  • Documentation: Submits cost estimates, order forms, and invoices within required timelines.

Skills and Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in social media marketing, online community management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates professional conduct with strong analytical and results-oriented capabilities.
  • Capable of thinking creatively and responding quickly to challenges.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written communication abilities.
  • Exhibits proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information
