Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
- Track analytics and performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Craft persuasive marketing copy for advertisements and email communications.
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the team to experiment with new strategies, creative approaches, and sales funnels.
Skills and Requirements
- Over three years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on both Google and Meta platforms.
- Over three years of experience in email marketing, including copywriting and campaign management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly proactive, analytical, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
