Core Responsibilities

Shopify Expert

  • Create and configure new product listings on Shopify, ensuring high-quality written content and effective SEO optimisation.
  • Support a range of Shopify store management tasks, including updating product listings, editing page content and layout, creating new pages and collections, and maintaining store navigation.
  • Conduct SEO research to enhance and refine existing product listings for improved visibility and performance.
  • Proactively manage the online store with a strong focus on driving daily sales growth and maintaining overall store quality.

Wayfair Expert

  • Set up and publish new product listings on Wayfair, demonstrating strong written communication skills and, ideally, SEO knowledge.
  • Handle day-to-day store management tasks, such as updating product listings, tags, images, and product information.
  • Continuously review and improve existing product listings to optimise presentation and accuracy.
  • Oversee the Wayfair account with attention to detail and a proactive approach aimed at increasing daily sales and sustaining platform success.

Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, general education degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of various online communication and collaboration tools commonly used in e-commerce operations.
  • Brings 1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within an international or e-commerce setting.
  • Prior experience working remotely is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage customer support requirements for US-based clients.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Has access to a reliable remote working setup, including a quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and dependable hardware and power backups to ensure uninterrupted performance.

System Knowledge & Experience

  • Proficient in customer support and CRM platforms such as ZendeskGorgiasLiveChatShopifyHubSpot, and HelpScout.
  • Skilled in navigating and utilising these systems to manage customer interactions, streamline workflows, and enhance overall service efficiency.
