The CRM Solutions Architect role focuses on designing scalable and innovative client solutions, positioning HubSpot CRM at the core of broader front-office ecosystems. Responsibilities include system integration, architecting data flows, and developing adaptable solutions that align with clients’ existing technology infrastructure and business processes.

Huble seeks technical architects with a strong foundation in end-to-end solution design. Relevant experience may come from CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, or from wider system architecture roles. While CRM-specific experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The role emphasises the ability to design effective architectures, develop robust data strategies, leverage APIs, and integrate systems seamlessly to solve complex business challenges. Experience in creating innovative solutions for smaller businesses or diverse technology environments is highly valued.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, to deliver high-impact projects. Key responsibilities include producing architecture diagrams, defining solution scopes, and developing documentation for implementation teams. Additionally, the architect will guide clients in adopting cutting-edge technologies and optimising business processes.

Core Responsibilities

The CRM Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering effective technology solutions tailored to client needs using the HubSpot platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing client requirements and designing scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project architecture and scope.
  • Producing detailed documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
  • Leading complex system configuration projects and providing mentorship to junior team members.
  • Performing technology audits and offering recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • Establishing success metrics and reporting frameworks for implemented solutions.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technology features and communicating updates internally and to clients.

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate for the CRM Solutions Architect role will possess the following technical expertise:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot or transferable knowledge from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, such as in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital or technical agency/consultancy environment, engaging with clients throughout the full project lifecycle, including consulting, solution design, implementation, and training.
  • Strong ability to interpret, analyse, and produce technical documentation, including API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Solid understanding of big data concepts and applications.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating systems, utilising APIs, and custom-built solutions.
  • Excellent command of English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
