Position Overview
A rapidly expanding remote-based company is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of CRM and Email Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of consumer behaviour, with the ability to develop persuasive email sequences and implement effective CRM solutions.
This individual will collaborate closely with various clients to shape strategic customer journeys, deliver engaging email campaigns, and enhance results through intelligent segmentation, A/B testing, and automated workflows. Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential, while familiarity with additional email service providers would be advantageous.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently oversee multiple client accounts, and is eager to play a hands-on role in shaping comprehensive CRM strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated email sequences and customer journeys using Klaviyo and other ESPs.
- Execute high-impact email marketing campaigns across diverse client accounts.
- Interpret campaign data to uncover trends and implement performance improvements.
- Segment target audiences to enhance engagement and personalise communications.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine CRM and customer retention strategies.
- Optionally bring in personal clients to the business, contributing to its growth.
- Ensure smooth project management and maintain clear, consistent communication.

Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience working with e-commerce businesses and revenue-focused campaigns.
- Minimum of three years’ background in roles centred on CRM or email marketing.
- Proficient in Klaviyo, with the adaptability to quickly pick up other email platforms.
- Skilled in persuasive and clear copywriting, with a strong command of tone and messaging.
- Basic design skills or familiarity with platforms like Canva or Figma.
- Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, database hygiene, and audience growth methods.
- Capable of overseeing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
