Job Overview

Silvertree Brands is seeking a driven individual to play a key role in enhancing data-driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes across the organisation. The position focuses on crafting and optimising personalised and bulk customer communications — including push notifications, emails, and other engagement channels — to strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term engagement.

This is a cross-functional role that offers exposure to nearly all of Silvertree’s brands and departments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, as well as data, technology, and marketing teams to implement innovative, tech-enabled solutions that elevate customer experiences and streamline internal processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored outbound campaigns in close collaboration with the data, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Design, manage, and optimise WhatsApp and chat-based commerce experiences to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain and refine CRM systems and communication templates, including adjusting HTML-generated layouts for improved performance and design consistency.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, and work with marketing teams to identify areas for optimisation and growth.
  • Create and deliver innovative customer lifecycle communications across multiple touchpoints — including email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and even physical interactions — to strengthen brand relationships.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence, automation platforms (such as n8n), and CRM technologies to bring automated customer journeys to life and improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

  • Professional Experience: For experienced candidates, at least one year in a data-driven consumer-focused organisation, contributing to the creation of personalised or automated CRM experiences.
  • Academic Background: For graduate or junior applicants, a relevant bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a reputable university, complemented by meaningful side projects or practical experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to effectively use digital systems and tools to design engaging customer experiences — coding knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication abilities with a strong understanding of what makes marketing messages effective and impactful.
  • AI Familiarity: Demonstrated experience experimenting with or applying artificial intelligence tools in a practical context.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a general grasp of web concepts such as APIs and webhooks.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in e-commerce or prior experience with CRM platforms will be viewed as a strong advantage.
