Job Overview

The company is seeking a versatile Creative Strategist and Copywriter with a strong focus on performance marketing. This role involves transforming data insights into engaging, high-impact narratives and guiding the creative direction for paid ads and funnel assets across multiple client accounts. Ideal candidates have a keen understanding of ad strategies, excel at crafting copy that drives conversions, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead creative briefs for the design team, overseeing both image and video ad production.
  • Ensure all creatives meet quality standards before sharing with clients.
  • Collaborate with media buyers—or independently dive into campaign data—to spark innovative concepts.
  • Turn performance insights into fresh ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
  • Write persuasive ad copy, mainly for Meta Ads, that drives results.
  • Support additional copy needs for emails, SMS, and landing pages as projects demand.

Skills and Requirements

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking with excellent writing abilities.
  • Able to translate client information into clear, actionable creative guidance.
  • Knowledgeable in direct response marketing, ad testing, and funnel psychology.
  • Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple creative briefs simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-team environments.
  • 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably within an agency or performance-driven creative studio.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing marketing copywriting and/or creative strategy work.
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Meta Ad Library, Motion, or comparable creative research tools.
  • Bonus: experience leveraging AI tools for creative development.
