Job Overview
The company is seeking a Copywriter to join its team in training and improving AI models. This role involves monitoring the performance of AI chatbots, assessing their reasoning and accuracy, and identifying and resolving issues to enhance overall model quality.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert-level skills in writing, editing, and content development. A background in related disciplines—such as Communications, Journalism, or similar fields—is highly valued.
Core Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess the quality of their responses
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and overall performance
Skills & Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional understanding of grammar, tone, and brand voice consistency
- Bachelor’s degree (completed, in progress, or forthcoming) preferred, but not mandatory
