About the Internship
This is more than just a writing internship—it’s an opportunity to learn how to build a scalable content machine. Interns will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, AI-powered content creation, and digital branding, all while working alongside automation engineers, recruiters, and designers within a Microsoft-focused consulting environment.
Rather than following a fixed script, interns are expected to take initiative, propose ideas, and contribute directly to the development of M365Connect’s voice across a variety of content formats.

- How to identify top-tier Microsoft 365 talent
- Accelerating hiring with AI tools
- Navigating freelance vs. full-time hiring in IT
- Regional hiring insights (e.g., DACH-specific)
- Salary benchmarks for Microsoft tech roles
For Microsoft Professionals (Candidates):
- Landing cloud consulting roles in Germany
- Optimizing LinkedIn for Microsoft roles
- Interview prep for Microsoft-focused positions
- Choosing between remote contracts and full-time jobs
- Pricing strategies for Azure freelancers
Content Types You’ll Work On:
- Blog articles
- Social media posts
- Lead magnets (eBooks, whitepapers, slide decks)
- Website content and landing pages

Duration: 3–6 months (performance-based continuation)
