Job Overview

The individual in this position will be responsible for driving outbound engagement, with a target of making over 150 calls daily and securing 16 to 18 qualified appointments each month. They will be expected to build rapport through insightful discovery conversations and confidently guide prospects through to conversion, aiming to close at least one deal every week. Maintaining accurate records of all deal activities in HubSpot CRM is essential, as is active participation in team meetings, skill development sessions, and practice roleplays. The successful candidate will take full accountability for managing their sales pipeline, regularly reviewing their own calls, implementing constructive feedback, and contributing to the ongoing refinement of sales scripts, rebuttals, and objection-handling techniques.

Core Responsibilities

  • Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to schedule client meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Deliver persuasive and tailored presentations to prospective clients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and task tracking within HubSpot.
  • Consistently meet performance targets, including a minimum of one sale per week.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
  • Propose enhancements to sales systems, messaging, and processes.
  • Represent Quantum professionally in all client and stakeholder interactions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales-focused position, demonstrating consistent results.
  • Proven background in B2B sales, ideally within sectors such as SaaS, construction, or insurance.
  • Exposure to legal or compliance-related roles would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and communicate with decision-makers.
  • Educational qualification: Diploma or higher (preferred).

Defining Success in the Role

  • Consistently closes a minimum of one sale per week with accurate CRM documentation.
  • Applies feedback clearly and consistently to improve performance.
  • Ensures a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Actively contributes to refining and enhancing the sales process.
  • Demonstrates full ownership of the sales pipeline and achievement of growth targets.
  • Books and holds 16–18 qualified meetings each month.
  • Maintains strong collaboration and engagement within the team.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: AUD $1,600 per month
  • Commission Structure: 20% earned on each successful retainer sale.
