The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand presence, engaging high-calibre talent, and driving lead generation. This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently from Cape Town while contributing to Swoop Recruitment’s continued growth and success.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and expand Swoop Recruitment’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging social media platforms.
- Transform recruitment achievements into engaging content such as stories, posts, and short-form videos.
- Monitor engagement performance, track leads, and optimise content for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement creative ideas and contribute to overall brand growth.
Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media marketing, preferably within B2B environments or for international brands.
- Exceptional command of written British English, with the ability to craft content that is engaging, polished, and concise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A creative, well-organised, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and execute effective social media and content campaigns.
