The role seeks a results-oriented Paid Media Manager responsible for leading and optimising Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns within the healthcare sector. Serving clients such as med spas, weight loss clinics, and wellness centres across the U.S., the manager’s primary objective is to drive high-quality leads and increase appointment bookings through strategic, data-informed advertising efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce conversions.
- Optimise campaign performance for key metrics, including CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Appointment), and ROAS.
- Conduct creative and audience testing across multiple accounts to improve results.
- Analyse daily data to identify issues, extract insights, and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with sales funnels and conversion goals.
- Utilise tools such as GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels for CRM, funnel building, and automation.
- Stay updated on platform changes, policy updates, and emerging advertising trends.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads for local businesses or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of delivering results through Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of ad campaign structures, retargeting, and conversion-focused strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Personal Facebook account in good standing for ad account access.
- Familiarity with tools including:
- GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Slack, Loom, Trello, Descript, Canva
- Google Docs, Sheets, and other standard productivity tools
- Highly analytical, organised, and self-motivated.
- Full-time availability with no side gigs or multiple jobs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare marketing (e.g., med spas, weight loss clinics).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, Descript).
- Copywriting experience for ads, landing pages, or sales funnels.
