SearchTides is looking for a skilled and creative Content Writer to join its leading SEO and link-building agency. The ideal candidate will excel at producing engaging articles that seamlessly incorporate client backlinks while maintaining natural flow and context.
This role requires exceptional writing ability, a sharp creative mindset, strong research skills, and a deep understanding of how to develop meaningful context around target URLs and anchor text.
The perfect candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a team environment, with the ability to tailor tone and style across diverse industries and audiences, delivering content that resonates naturally with each publishing platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, engaging articles designed for backlink integration.
- Receive and interpret briefs outlining target URLs, anchor text, and intended publishing websites.
- Propose relevant and compelling content topics aligned with client goals.
- Write articles that seamlessly incorporate backlinks in a natural and contextually relevant manner.
- Apply creative thinking to ensure content resonates with each publishing site’s audience while strategically embedding links.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to maintain consistency, quality, and alignment with overall SEO strategy.
- Suggest engaging and relevant content topics that align with client objectives.
- Research and produce original, high-quality articles ranging from 600 to 1,000 words.
- Develop context around anchor text to ensure natural and effective backlink integration.
- Submit articles to the Editorial team and implement any requested revisions.
Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in backlink-focused content writing or guest posting.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (native-level).
- Ability to follow briefs, content guidelines, and editorial standards.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and content optimisation techniques.
- Capable of working independently while managing time effectively.
- Professional approach to communication, deadlines, revisions, and feedback.
- Highly detail-oriented with a thorough approach to content creation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Gmail, and Slack.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection is essential.
- Basic knowledge of link-building strategies is preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience in blog writing.
- Familiarity with database tools such as SeaTable or AirTable.
