Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms.
  • Build and execute ad campaigns to acquire and retain new customers.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling test-and-learn roadmap covering:
    • Audience targeting
    • Bidding strategies
    • Ad placements
    • Landing pages
    • Ad formats
    • Funnel sequencing
    • Offer and messaging strategy

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with the creative strategy lead and creative team to deliver performance-focused briefs and content.
  • Provide strategic direction and feedback to both internal and external creative partners.
  • Conduct creative testing and optimise based on platform insights and best practices.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign and creative performance to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Use data to inform future campaign planning and optimisation strategies.
  • Communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Platform & Industry Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with platform ad partners to access alpha/beta tests and new opportunities.
  • Stay updated on evolving platform capabilities, algorithm changes, and cultural trends.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support additional paid marketing initiatives as needed to meet broader business objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads within the e-commerce sector, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • In-depth expertise with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience in optimising creative strategy for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and consistent in follow-through.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing innovative ideas and driving change in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
