Base360.ai is revolutionising the short-term rental industry with the world’s first AI-powered operating system designed to automate and optimise every aspect of property management. The company’s platform acts as the intelligent core of short-term rental operations — streamlining guest communication, dynamic pricing, cleaning logistics, upselling opportunities, and real-time performance reporting.
Its mission is to empower property operators and hospitality professionals to scale effortlessly through automation, intelligence, and precision.
Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to transform this mission into measurable global growth. This role offers an opportunity for an ambitious, data-driven professional who thrives on impact, embraces experimentation, and is motivated by tangible results — to build and own the growth engine of a category-defining AI startup.

Skills & Requirements
- 1–5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid campaigns, outreach initiatives, and marketing automation workflows.

- Global Network: They will join a diverse and high-performing international team committed to building the future of property automation.
Who This Role Isn’t For
- Individuals seeking a predictable 9–5 corporate routine.
- Those who prefer discussion over decisive action and execution.
