Job Overview
The organisation is currently looking for a Paid Media Specialist with strong expertise in Meta and LinkedIn advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and optimising paid campaigns designed to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping digital strategies, executing high-impact campaigns, and enhancing performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess extensive, hands-on experience in Meta and LinkedIn advertising, coupled with a strong understanding of audience targeting strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, setting up, and optimising Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn advertising campaigns across all stages of the funnel – awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Developing data-driven paid media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Creating and testing ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to enhance overall campaign performance.
- Monitoring and managing campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Implementing and maintaining tracking systems and analytics tools, including Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM parameters, to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Producing comprehensive performance reports featuring actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Participating in client meetings and sales presentations to communicate campaign strategies and outcomes.
- Collaborating with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with platform updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices in paid social media.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Proven success managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Experience with tracking setup, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in client-facing interactions, able to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Availability to work 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (with breaks) to align with U.S.-based client schedules.
