Job Overview

The Paid Media Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving paid digital acquisition across Hyperclear Technologies’ multi-brand portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end campaign execution on platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels, managing everything from budget allocation and audience targeting to creative optimisation and performance analytics. By maximising customer acquisition efficiency, generating qualified pipeline, and optimising return on ad spend (ROAS) across target B2B markets, the position directly supports the Marketing Centre of Excellence’s growth objectives.

This hands-on role requires a seasoned paid media professional with demonstrable experience in B2B technology environments. Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing Execution Lead and SEO Manager, the Paid Media Performance Marketing Manager transforms strategic direction into high-performing campaigns across multiple brands and channels. The role ensures that paid media best practices are applied across all digital properties and aligned with broader marketing objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the end-to-end B2B buyer journey, has the technical expertise to optimise complex multi-touch attribution models, and can manage multiple advertising budgets while delivering tangible business results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute Paid Media Strategies & Campaign Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage & Optimise Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels, ensuring continuous optimisation for performance.
  • Budget Oversight & Resource Allocation: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise return on investment.
  • Analyse Performance & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, implement multi-touch attribution models, and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Audience Development & Targeting: Identify and refine target audiences to enhance engagement and lead generation.
  • Creative Strategy & Landing Page Optimisation: Develop creative approaches, conduct A/B testing, and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Conversion Funnel Optimisation & Lead Quality Management: Enhance the customer journey, ensuring high-quality lead acquisition and improved conversion outcomes.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement frameworks for ongoing testing and experimentation to inform strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Multi-Brand Portfolio Management & Prioritisation: Oversee campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring strategic priorities are addressed.
  • Marketing Technology & Platform Management: Leverage marketing technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign delivery meets quality and performance standards.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain adherence to industry regulations, quality assurance standards, and paid media best practices.

Skills & Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant platform certifications highly desirable:
    • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video)
    • LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certification
    • Meta Blueprint Certification
    • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification

Experience:

  • 4–7 years of progressive paid media experience with expertise in multi-channel campaign management, budget optimisation, and performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple advertising budgets, ideally for multi-brand portfolios, with measurable ROI and business impact.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, understanding complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and long sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media across multiple websites, brands, or client accounts; shared services, multi-brand, or agency experience advantageous.
  • Experience executing full-funnel demand generation programmes, linking campaigns from awareness to conversion with clear pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams; manage workload and priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong operational skills in daily campaign management, optimisation, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.
  • Experience implementing tracking solutions, attribution models, and marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Proven problem-solving ability in addressing technical issues, such as tracking failures, conversion discrepancies, and platform integration challenges.
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered campaign optimisation tools, automation features, and predictive bidding strategies to enhance performance.
  • Ability to present complex performance data and recommendations clearly and confidently to executive stakeholders.
  • Track record of creating scalable processes, documentation, and frameworks that can be applied across multiple brands or business units.
