The CRM Marketing Manager will act as a strategic partner to the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager, driving customer engagement, retention, and cross-selling initiatives across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
CRM & Demand Management
- Partner with the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager to refine and expand cross-selling strategies.
- Design automated, multi-channel customer journeys using email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site pop-ups.
- Enhance segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
- Build and implement structured testing roadmaps, reporting on insights that shape ongoing improvements.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor campaign specialists to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing team environment that values innovation and accountability.
- Set and monitor KPIs that align with strategic business objectives.
- Conduct regular team reviews and feedback sessions to drive performance.
Budget & Cost Oversight
- Monitor campaign efficiency with a strong focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and ROI.
- Proactively manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the marketing function in high-level business meetings.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing strategies with broader organisational goals.
- Deliver clear reporting and insights that translate into actionable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years of professional experience in CRM, data analytics, or marketing strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record in hands-on CRM campaign execution (email, SMS, push).
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is essential.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven success in managing cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in budget management and cost optimisation.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
