Role Overview

The Paid Media Analyst will join Jellyfish’s Paid Media team, reporting to the VP of Paid Media. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms while providing detailed reporting and insights for clients. The position offers growth opportunities toward roles such as Paid Search Manager, Paid Social Manager, Programmatic Manager, or Account Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, configure, and launch paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta for Business, or DV360.
  • Monitor active campaigns by tracking key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for optimisation, such as bid adjustments, targeting refinements, or ad copy modifications.
  • Produce regular reports for internal teams and clients to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior paid media specialists, account managers, and other team members to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with media buying platforms, ideally Google Ads, Meta Ads, or DV360.
  • At least six months of experience implementing digital campaigns, optimising performance, and generating reports.
  • Understanding of key digital marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort managing complex data sets.
  • Ability to use data to guide decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
