About the Role
The company is looking for a seasoned Social Media Marketing Manager to take charge of its presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can not only develop and manage content strategies but also expand reach, foster audience interaction, and deliver engaging campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in both organic growth and paid advertising, alongside advanced capabilities in video production and active community management.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement a cohesive social media strategy aimed at boosting brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop, schedule, and publish tailored content for each platform, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
- Create engaging video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, leveraging both professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) and AI-driven tools (Descript, Runway, Veo 3, Opus Clip, etc.).
- Actively contribute to relevant Reddit communities to build authority and encourage authentic brand mentions.
- Support recruitment efforts by promoting job vacancies shared by the talent acquisition team to attract top candidates.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments, messages, and discussions within industry networks.
- Develop and oversee both organic and paid campaigns with a focus on driving leads and achieving measurable conversions.
- Analyse performance data, prepare detailed reports, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Keep up to date with platform innovations, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends in digital content.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing and expanding social media channels on behalf of a brand or agency.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results in audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Advanced ability to produce and edit video content across diverse formats and platforms.
- Successful history of leveraging Reddit to enhance brand visibility and foster authentic community interaction.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting capabilities with the versatility to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Background in planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns in tandem with organic strategies.
- Fundamental graphic design knowledge using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within professional services.
- Awareness of AI-driven solutions for content and video production, including Veo 3.
