Job Overview
A dynamic opportunity has opened up for an independent freelancer strictly not an agency to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across several brands and business accounts.
Core Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring practical, hands-on expertise in managing and refining digital advertising across various platforms, specifically:
- Google Ads (both Search and Display formats)
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (foundational level proficiency)
This role is perfect for a self-driven professional who thrives in a multi-brand environment and can confidently manage performance marketing tasks from setup to results analysis.
Skills & Requirements
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement without being prompted.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns are built accurately and run efficiently.
- Proven experience in building paid advertising campaigns from the ground up, including audience targeting, ad copy creation, and conversion tracking setup.
- Analytical thinking and data literacy to test variables, measure performance, and make data-backed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Confidence in adjusting strategies based on performance trends to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness.

While the role is fully remote, preference will be given to applicants located in Cape Town or the Cape Winelands, as this is seen as an added advantage.
