Job Description
A fast-growing, remote-first company is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Research Specialist to support its sales and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building structured contact databases, and launching targeted outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Pipedrive. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or research, with strong data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively investigates industry-specific sectors to pinpoint potential business leads and key decision-makers.
- Works in close coordination with the lead generation specialist and team lead to align efforts and optimise results.
- Executes outreach strategies through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Lemlist, Getsales, and Snov.io, while ensuring all interactions are tracked and managed via a CRM system like Pipedrive.
- Develops and organises comprehensive contact lists to support outreach initiatives and targeted campaigns.
Skills & Requirements
- Has 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, research, or data sourcing
- Brings an analytical mindset with the ability to understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and industry-specific details
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and confidence in working with large volumes of data
- Proficient in using lead generation tools and CRM platforms (ideally Pipedrive)
- Skilled in Word and Excel for cleaning, managing, and structuring large datasets
