Core Responsibilities
- Overseeing marketing funnels, webinar systems, and lead nurturing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Maintaining and optimising HubSpot CRM processes, including data integrity, pipeline management, and workflow automation.
- Streamlining operations by implementing automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n to reduce friction and increase efficiency.
- Managing the provisioning and deprovisioning of platform access and user accounts during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Creating internal dashboards and performance reports to track key metrics and inform decision-making.
- Consolidating and maintaining data consistency across multiple platforms, including CRMs, spreadsheets, and other tools.
- Serving as the technical liaison among creative, sales, and operational departments to ensure smooth integration of tools and systems.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, particularly within the Marketing and Sales Hubs.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel or comparable sales funnel platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL or experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced capabilities in managing and maintaining data across Google Sheets, Excel, and integrated systems.
- Solid technical knowledge of UTM parameters, DNS configurations, email authentication settings, and basic code implementation.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with key drivers of email deliverability and inbox placement.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimise automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- A background in supporting brands within coaching, SaaS, or consulting sectors.
