SEO Content Writer – Brooks Law Group

About Brooks Law Group

Brooks Law Group is a rapidly expanding U.S.-based law firm driven by a clear and meaningful mission: supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. As a member of its dynamic team, professionals contribute significantly to strengthening the firm’s online presence and ensuring its message effectively reaches those who need guidance and support the most.

Job Overview

The organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and technologically proficient SEO Content Writer with a strong foundation in legal or professional services writing, ideally within the personal injury field. The role focuses on developing search-optimised, client-centred website content, with particular emphasis on practice area pages, service descriptions, educational resources, and related digital materials.

The successful candidate demonstrates the ability to write in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner while strategically structuring content to align with search engine requirements, user intent, and conversion objectives. The firm values individuals who are committed to long-term growth and contribution, offering an opportunity to build a meaningful career rather than engage in a short-term assignment.

In this position, the writer collaborates closely with the marketing team, attorneys, and subject-matter experts to ensure all content remains accurate, compliant, brand-aligned, and optimised for performance.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Develop, edit, and optimise high-quality, search-focused content for practice area pages, landing pages, blog articles, FAQ sections, location-specific pages, and comprehensive resource guides.
  2. Conduct in-depth research on personal injury matters—including truck accidents, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, premises liability, and insurance-related concerns—to produce accurate, informative, and legally sound content.
  3. Apply SEO best practices by strategically incorporating keywords, implementing internal linking structures, optimising metadata, recommending schema markup, and structuring content to enhance readability and drive conversions.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team and legal professionals to ensure all materials are legally accurate and consistent with the firm’s brand voice and messaging.
  5. Analyse performance metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for content optimisation, expansion, and overall improvement.
  6. Remain up to date with evolving SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and shifts in user search behaviour that may influence content strategy.
  7. Manage a structured and efficient workflow to support the drafting, revision, and publication of multiple articles on a weekly basis.
  8. Ensure all published materials adhere to legal advertising regulations, ethical standards, and relevant state bar requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proven ability to create clear, engaging, and client-focused content on complex legal subjects.
  2. Strong knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner, along with a solid grasp of on-page SEO practices.
  3. Understanding of search intent, conversion-driven writing, and user experience principles.
  4. Exceptional grammar, editing, and fact-checking capabilities.
  5. Ability to manage deadlines independently while collaborating effectively on team projects.
  6. Insight into how individuals search for legal assistance and how to structure content to meet user needs while enhancing organic search performance.
  7. Detail-oriented, committed to producing polished, accurate, and trustworthy content consistently.
  8. Technologically adept, quick to learn new tools, and highly dependable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience using Frase.io for content creation.
  2. Background in personal injury content writing is strongly preferred.
  3. Familiarity with Ahrefs and other SEO platforms.
  4. Experience working with content management systems, such as WordPress.
