Job Overview
The Email Marketing Assistant at TalentPop App will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email campaigns designed to increase audience engagement, foster customer loyalty, and enhance the company’s overall digital presence. This fully remote role plays an integral part in supporting and advancing the organisation’s broader marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support conversion objectives.
- Create engaging, audience-focused content and design visually appealing email layouts that resonate with target markets.
- Track, evaluate, and interpret campaign performance using email analytics tools, identifying insights and opportunities for optimisation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Remain informed on current email marketing best practices, emerging tools, and evolving industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of one year’s practical experience in managing and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities, with the ability to produce compelling and audience-focused content.
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical, demonstrating initiative alongside a creative and strategic mindset.
Technical Requirements
- Access to a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for both upload and download.
- A personal computer or laptop equipped with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
