Job Overview

The company is seeking a Senior Media Buyer / Growth Performance Manager with a strong growth mindset and extensive experience in e-commerce performance marketing. This role is responsible for managing paid media performance from start to finish, collaborating closely with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to drive profitable revenue growth, with a focus on more than just ROAS. The role involves overseeing strategy, execution, analysis, communication, and optimization across the entire customer journey.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and scale Meta Ads as the primary paid acquisition channel
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Support and test TikTok Ads when relevant to the growth strategy
  • Manage monthly ad spend of $100k+ per account
  • Optimize campaigns for profitable growth, not ROAS alone
  • Track and evaluate performance using MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins
  • Analyze data to identify performance drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Define paid media strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Provide clear creative direction, including angles, hooks, formats, and testing priorities
  • Conduct macro-level research and competitor analysis
  • Advise on landing pages, offers, funnels, and conversion rate improvements
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Lead weekly client calls and ongoing strategy discussions
  • Communicate directly with clients via Slack and video calls
  • Move quickly, meet deadlines, and take full ownership of performance and results

Skills & Requirements

  • Prior experience working with e-commerce agencies or e-commerce brands (required)
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (required)
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (required)
  • Previous experience with TikTok Ads is preferred (1+ year)
  • Strong, proven background in e-commerce performance marketing (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience managing monthly spend of $50k–$100k+ on a single Meta ad account
  • Growth-focused, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Clear understanding that performance is driven by the combination of ads, creative, landing pages, and offers
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance to clients beyond paid media execution
  • Fast-moving executor who avoids unnecessary processes and delays
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and leading discussions
  • Collaborative team player who values feedback and communicates effectively
