Core Responsibilities
- Generates high-volume AI-driven content using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other large language models
- Designs, tests, and optimizes prompts, templates, and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Reviews, edits, and humanizes AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO performance
- Produces 60–100+ blog posts, service pages, and website pages on a monthly basis
- Partners with the SEO team to support keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- Applies AEO/GEO best practices to enhance visibility in AI-powered and generative search environments
- Manages content calendars, production timelines, and workflows using ClickUp
- Develops and applies industry-specific expertise within the home services sector
- Delivers publication-ready, zero-revision content that drives strong client satisfaction and retention
Skills & Requirements
- Brings 6+ years of professional writing experience across a wide range of content formats
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise with AI tools for content creation, optimization, and refinement
- Exhibits a strong ability to adapt and maintain distinct brand voices across multiple industries
- Possesses a solid understanding of SEO, including keyword integration and on-page best practices
- Shows exceptional attention to detail with sound editorial judgment
- Operates with a scale-focused mindset, emphasizing efficient systems and repeatable workflows
- Works independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
