Job Overview

ChainGPT is looking for a Social Media Manager – ChainGPT AI to lead and manage its social media presence while strengthening the brand narrative around its AI-driven products. The role focuses on promoting AI Hub V2 and its growing ecosystem of tools, including AI Crypto Alerts, the Legal & Compliance Assistant, Smart Contract solutions, the Trading Assistant, as well as ChainGPT’s AI Layer-1 blockchain, AIVM.

This position is well suited to a professional with a strong understanding of both AI and crypto culture. The successful candidate will transform product updates into compelling, platform-ready content, define and maintain ChainGPT’s brand voice, and serve as a key link between the products, the community, and the wider Web3 audience. A high level of accuracy, creativity, and the ability to work at speed are essential for success in this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Narrative Development
    • Develop and publish high-quality content across X, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
    • Produce educational explainers, product breakdowns, memes, short-form videos, and campaign visuals.
    • Highlight key features of AI Hub V2 and communicate the value of AIVM.
    • Craft engaging narratives to drive understanding and adoption of ChainGPT’s AI tools.
  • Campaign & Release Management
    • Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, feature updates, integrations, and ecosystem announcements.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely messaging.
  • Community Engagement
    • Maintain active presence on X and Telegram, engaging with users and participating in relevant conversations.
    • Reinforce ChainGPT’s brand voice across community interactions.
    • Monitor community sentiment and recommend strategies to enhance growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track performance metrics and analyse social trends.
    • Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
    • Optimise content strategy based on data-driven findings.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships
    • Coordinate with influencers, creators, media figures, and community partners to amplify campaigns.
    • Support go-to-market efforts for major launches and new features.
  • Brand Consistency & Accuracy
    • Ensure all messaging aligns with ChainGPT’s brand guidelines and product positioning.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Product-Focused Promotion
    • Drive awareness and adoption of new AI Hub V2 tools and enhancements.
    • Support storytelling around AIVM and its role in the ChainGPT ecosystem.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience within the crypto/Web3 space, with a strong understanding of on-chain culture, trends, and community humour.
  • Proven track record in running campaigns, growing social channels, and engaging active communities.
  • Solid knowledge of AI and blockchain concepts, with the ability to clearly and accurately explain products.
  • Ability to create high-quality content quickly, including both written and visual formats.
  • Intermediate graphic design skills preferred, with experience using tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in video content creation or on-camera presentation is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with developer tools, trading tools, or blockchain ecosystems is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with AI agents, large language model (LLM) tools, or other technical Web3 products.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance.
  • Understanding of SEO principles for social content distribution.
  • Prior experience collaborating with influencers or Web3 community initiatives.
