Job Overview

The client is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to design, manage, and optimise high-impact campaigns across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. The role centres on delivering measurable outcomes, including enhanced Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and increased lead generation for clients. This hands-on position demands strong attention to detail, accountability for campaign performance, and the ability to adapt strategies to each client’s specific needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads (LSAs).
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Analyse performance using data-driven insights and refine strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and budgets to improve campaign performance.
  • Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams

Skills & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Demonstrated success in optimising campaigns to improve ROAS and drive lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with comfort conducting client meetings via video calls.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to the client’s unique systems and processes.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably with U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical marketing niche is preferred.

  • Remote Status: Fully remote position.
