Job Overview

The client is a specialised performance-driven marketing agency offering end-to-end lead generation services to a carefully selected client base. With a team of approximately 50 professionals, the agency operates on a results-focused model where client revenue growth is directly tied to campaign success. High performance is achieved through effective direct-response advertising, high-converting landing pages, and strategic nurture sequences that guide leads towards conversion.

The agency delivers high-impact projects such as video ad scripts, static Facebook ad copy, lead nurture and sales email campaigns, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), video sales letters (VSLs), and funnel design. In addition, the team undertakes brand development initiatives and lead magnet creation to support long-term growth.

To scale revenue further, the agency is seeking skilled direct-response marketing talent. As part of this growth strategy, they are looking to appoint an exceptional Copywriter to join their team.

In this role, the Copywriter will produce direct-response copy across multiple digital channels, including Facebook ads, YouTube video scripts, landing pages, and email and SMS sequences. The successful candidate will be supported by established processes, tools, and templates built on proven high-performing campaigns, and will receive training in the agency’s copywriting frameworks while contributing insights to continuously improve them.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience writing for diverse digital platforms, a strong commitment to professional growth, and a results-driven, high-performance mindset.

Core Responsibilities

  • Producing high-performing direct-response copy across a wide range of digital platforms and channels.
  • Contributing to the development of content and messaging strategies for clients across multiple industries.
  • Collaborating with media buyers and analytics teams to review A/B test results, interpret performance data, and continuously refine copy and internal processes.
  • Working closely with the project team to ideate, develop original concepts, and craft compelling messaging for new campaigns and additional marketing materials.
  • Delivering clear, persuasive, and engaging written content designed to attract and convert the ideal target audience.
  • Adhering to industry best practices, as well as client briefs, brand guidelines, and style standards at all times.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience working in remote environments, similar to freelance or independent contractor arrangements, with a strong understanding of the advantages and challenges associated with this type of work.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in direct-response copywriting, covering both short- and long-form content; prior agency experience is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated versatility in writing, with the ability to adapt tone, style, and emotional appeal to suit different audiences and objectives.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined as a remote professional, with a positive mindset, resourceful approach, and strong commitment to continuous growth.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varied client requirements.
  • Access to a stable internet connection and the ability to maintain consistent availability during agreed working hours.

Additional Information

  • The role offers a monthly salary of USD 3,000.
  • This is a full-time, fully remote position.
  • The working schedule consists of eight hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around working hours.
