DesignRush, a B2B marketplace that links brands with agencies, is looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to manage and implement impactful email campaigns. This includes overseeing newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.

The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on driving engagement and conversions through strategic, data-driven email campaigns. This role is central to delivering value to the platform’s audience while generating qualified leads via targeted email workflows.

- Agency Rankings: Brands can explore and evaluate qualified agencies based on expertise, location, client portfolio, and other relevant criteria.
- Awards: Both agencies and brands have the opportunity to submit their best work and compete for recognition in categories such as web, logo, app, print, packaging, and video design.
- Marketplace: Businesses can post projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies, streamlining the project sourcing process.
- Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can showcase their expertise and accomplishments through news features, interviews, and trend articles, enhancing their visibility and industry credibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimise weekly email newsletters and promotional campaigns, overseeing the full customer journey and email funnel.
- Develop and manage lifecycle automation workflows, including onboarding sequences, dormant user reactivation, and upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
- Implement and refine segmentation strategies across agencies, brands, and diverse buyer profiles to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure emails are visually compelling and provide an excellent user experience.
- Monitor and analyse email performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and all other relevant email marketing regulations.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within B2B, agency, or marketplace environments.
- Demonstrated success in creating and optimising email revenue funnels, including upsell and retention strategies.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for minor email edits and customisation.
- Availability to work between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation to enhance email performance.
- Prior experience with B2B email automations for eCommerce or marketplace products is highly desirable.
