Job Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. They will support campaign planning, manage paid advertising, oversee social media and email marketing, and collaborate on website and e-commerce performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee social media channels and email marketing programmes, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and sustained audience engagement through teamwork.
  • Assist in managing the company’s websites and e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify and WordPress), partnering with internal teams to improve site content and overall performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate essential marketing metrics, applying data insights to fine-tune campaigns and boost results.
  • Align all marketing activities with business priorities, working closely with senior leadership to support lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and drive revenue.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to expand marketing capacity and enhance campaign execution.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and refine marketing strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in practical marketing execution and team coordination, with a focus on driving and refining successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing, including a track record of managing high-performing ad strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing social media and email marketing efforts to boost audience interaction and loyalty.
  • Strong data analysis abilities, with the capability to evaluate campaign metrics and apply insights to optimise results.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset, well-suited to dynamic, target-oriented work environments.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled at improving marketing workflows and ensuring activities align with broader company objectives.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and knowledge of SEO is considered an advantage.
