Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructures in collaboration with software development teams.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or comparable tools.
- Monitor and optimize AWS systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform for reproducible deployments.
- Enforce security best practices, including IAM role configuration, KMS encryption, and auditing mechanisms.
- Continuously improve workflows by automating manual processes and integrating new DevOps tools.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven Linux systems administration experience, especially at scale.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, KMS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Deep expertise in automation and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git and GitHub).
- Solid experience managing CI/CD processes, ideally using Jenkins.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cross-functional, remote teams.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
